  Estate agents with no decency or consideration. Rudely spoken to particularly by Debbie who couldn't be bothered to reply to emails or phone calls I would often have to leave 2 or 3 messages first. I guess once they have your money the customer service goes out the window.
  Despite previously introducing other colleagues to the agency after my recent experience I have told everyone to steer clear.
